Course Objective: To engage students who enjoy creative writing and storytelling with the workshop experience of sharing and critiquing work.
Course Description: Students will learn to properly “workshop” a short story written by their peers as well as how to use a good critique to improve their own short story of 5-10 pages. Additionally, students will read short stories by authors who exemplify the storytelling techniques taught in the course.
