Course Objective: To introduce the 8 parts of speech in English grammar and ensure students can recognize and use each correctly.                   

Course Description: Grammar I is the first in a series of three courses designed to teach or review important elements of language arts. This class will teach the 8 parts of speech so students can identify and use nouns, verbs, adjectives, adverbs, prepositions, pronouns, conjunctions, and interjections properly in their writing. Attention will be given to capitalization, verb tense, homophones, and more!
